 I have read all the notices at the top of this request form. I understand that I may need to submit documents to the BSFD Prevention office in order to have a Final Fire 902 Inspection scheduled and all fees must be paid in advance. I also guarantee that the contact listed above will be on-site to meet the Fire Inspector with the approved set of plans.
