The minutes of the April 20= 08 (page 4) include an error in a motion.  The video indicates the motion should be:

 

Chairman Liles asked for a = motion to have the Fire Chief move forward with the purchase of a fire engine not = to exceed the additional cost of $408,600.00 and a 70 ft platform not to exceed the initial cost of $713,379/00 excluding cost overruns and the purchase of tools and equipment.  Motion made by Commissioner FitzGerald; second by Commissioner Conforti.  Motion carried.
